JJ joined Planned Companies in January 2012 as VP of Operations for our Mid-Atlantic Region where he was instrumental in increasing the size of the operations significantly over 5 years.

Prior to joining Planned Companies, JJ worked in the hospitality industry with White Lodging Services for eight years and Archstone in Maryland and Virginia for more than four years. Originally from Costa Rica, JJ brings his passion, attention to detail and ability to develop cohesive teams that perform to the high standards of our organization.

Dino has over 14 years of experience with Planned Companies and carries an extensive background focused on safety and security. His new role as Chief Revenue Officer will take effect on January 1^st, 2018.

As Executive Vice President of Planned Security and Lifestyle Services, Iuliano oversaw all day to day operations for over 1,500 Concierge, Doormen and Security Officers throughout the northeast – New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Delaware – and the mid-Atlantic regions – DC Metro, Virginia and Maryland.Ěý He oversaw a group of more than 20 managers who are directly accountable for daily operations, client and employee satisfaction and retention. Under his leadership, Planned Security and Planned Lifestyle Services have obtained an industry leading 97% customer retention rate as well as the highest NPS client satisfaction rate in the industry.

Prior to Planned Companies, Iuliano served as Director of Operations for a New Jersey based security company, and has also worked as an Executive Protection Specialist for a Fortune 100 company. ĚýWhile employed there, he was given the opportunity to be included within the security detail protecting former President George Bush while he gave a speech at the AT&T facility in Basking Ridge, NJ. Iuliano served in the United States Marine Corps and was also a Sheriff’s Officer in NJ. Further, Mr. Iuliano worked as a Product Specialist at a Fortune 500 Company located in Northern New Jersey. He graduated from the Executive Protection Institute in Berryville, Virginia.

Dino has been featured in various industry publications, such as NY Real Estate Journal, New Jersey & Company and Real Estate Weekly and provides lectures regarding customer service, security & safety and awareness. Mr. Iuliano was a recipient of the NJBIZ “Top 40 under 40,” as well as The Security Honor Roll in Access Control & Security Systems Magazine (5 who make a difference).

Gorana, an industry expert, served as a daily resource and mentor to his team of Vice Presidents. He worked with his team to identify and implement process improvements and client relations which has resulted in the highest NPS in the industry and tremendous client retention. As a leader who lives and breathes the business, Gorana prioritized supporting a team culture that passionately delivered superior service. Committed to sustainability, Gorana also received his LEED AP designation and has been the key driver in launching “Planned Goes Green”, the company’s green movement program.

When Gorana assumes the role on January 1^st, of 2018, he will move from Executive Vice President of Planned Building Services to overseeing the operational functions of all divisions throughout the organization. As a master of driving key change, transformation initiatives, and a “getting it done” mindset, he will ensure proper management development and execution of all aspects of operations.

Gorana brings with him 17 years of experience with Planned Companies where he began as a Director of Operations and advanced to Vice President of Operations and then Executive Vice President. In his current position, Astrit oversees operations throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and West Coast with client satisfaction, retention and relationships at the forefront of his focus. Now, with great focus on enhancing operational excellence and the ability to articulate corporate vision, Gorana is excited to bring his operational strategies to reality and shape the future of the business.

Prior to Planned Building Services, Gorana started his career in the janitorial and maintenance business as a teenager. He brings his extensive experience and growing knowledge to Planned, consistently introducing and implementing the latest industry innovations.
